Junior Dance
A fun and fabulous class for 7 and 8 year olds!

Your child will be laughing as they learn stage directions and ballet positions through silly movement games. They'll experience the thrill of leaping through the air in across-the-floor contemporary dance work, and get to challenge their concentration while learning about turnout and tendus at the ballet barre.  They will be curving, leaning, turning and jumping with their classmates as we explore dance and movement creation together. They will also look forward to our occasional Free Dance segments: mood lighting, great music, and fun props! Not to mention our theme days and dress-up weeks.

If your child is ready for an extra challenge, consider the Junior Dance: Aerial Add-On class. Your child will be taking what they have learned on the ground and putting it in practice in the air! The aerial add-on class follows directly after Junior Dance, so your child can spend one evening at the studio, and then spend the rest of the week doing the other things they love!
