Ready to accelerate your dance experience?

Your dancer's passion and dedication will find a home in our Performance Track! Our tight-knit student team works together to learn, create and share dances with the community.

Candidates have a birth year of 2014 and earlier. Performance Track students enroll in our four main Academy-level in-person weekly DANCE classes. Performance Track PLUS members also enroll in Pointe/Pre-Pointe Ballet. Members are committed to regular and consistent attendance. This is a yearly program with a commitment that runs until June 2026. Classes begin the week of September 8.

Fees:

Fall / Winter 2025/26 yearly studio registration fee of $30 +HST
WITH Pointe/Pre-Pointe class: Equalized monthly tuition instalment for FIVE classes: $̶̶̶4̶2̶1̶.̶0̶0̶ $369.50+HST (12% savings)
Without Pointe/Pre-Pointe class: Equalized monthly tuition instalment for FOUR classes: $̶3̶3̶6̶.̶0̶0̶ $319.00+HST (5% savings)
Costume rental fees: $69 +HST per recital class = up to $276 +HST for holiday events, payable in the fall; tba for the spring show, payable in the spring.
Additional rehearsals: FREE

What are the benefits of being in the Performance Track?

Performance Track members:

Receive a well-rounded dance education by attending technique classes in Ballet, Jazz, Tap and Contemporary dance
Develop their creation and performance abilities across disciplines
Put it all together in Musical Theatre class, adding voice and acting to their repertoire
Take a leading role at recitals and other events
Learn about and participate in behind-the-scenes aspects of performance

How does the Performance Track work?

Performance Track students enroll in our three main ACADEMY-level weekly DANCE classes, as well as our Musical Theatre class. Performance Track PLUS members add Pointe/Pre-Pointe Ballet class to their schedule.

Members are committed to regular and consistent attendance in class and for performances. This is a yearly program with a commitment that runs until June 2026. Here's what it's made up of:

1. Dance Technique classes:
Performance Company members take technique classes in 1) Ballet, 2) Modern / Contemporary, and 3) Jazz / Tap. Adding Pointe/Pre-Pointe Ballet qualifies students for the "Performance Track PLUS" discount.

2. Musical Theatre class:
Performance Track members also attend Musical Theatre class, where they add voice to their expressive tool kit.

3. Additional Rehearsals
Students may have additional scheduled rehearsals in the period leading up to shows.

4. Performances
Performance Track members take a leading role in studio recitals and may have additional performance opportunities as well!

5. Carer Participation
Student carers are required to take on volunteer roles for our presentations and events. This can include involvement in planning beforehand, or in help during events.

What classes would I be taking?

Students take dance technique classes, plus a Musical Theatre class. Performance Track PLUS students study Pointe/Pre-Pointe Ballet work as well.

MUSICAL THEATRE; Monday 5p to 5:45p
BALLET Level 2; Wednesday 3:45p to 5p
CONTEMPORARY; Wednesday 5p to 6p
POINTE/PRE-POINTE BALLET; Friday, 3:45p to 4:45p
