Welcome to mutable ARTS’ Spring 2025 Dance Concert entitled All About Musicals! This year-end production has our ACADEMY Dance students dancing (and singing!) to some amazing show tunes. We hope you enjoy the show!
The performance is a little over an hour long, with no intermission. Washrooms are located out the back right of the hall, both on the main level and at the top of the stairs.
Please note that there is absolutely no audience photography or videography allowed.
Thank you for coming!

REMINDERS
After the show: Students will remain on stage for a group photo, then go backstage to change and put away their costumes (Junior Dancers stay in their costumes). Students will return to the stage where carers will sign them out before leaving.
Picture Week! Students attend class at their regular time next week, with hair and makeup done and tights/shoes at the ready, and will put their costumes on one more time for group and individual pictures. Don’t miss it!
Watch Party! On Monday, June 9, all students are invited to watch the video of the performance, chat about their experience, and be together with their friends one last time before the holiday break. We will start at 5:45p and head out at 7p.

A NOTE FROM THE DIRECTOR
A project like this one takes staff many months both in class, and behind the scenes, to develop. Students also put in extra effort through rehearsals, run throughs, and practicing at home. Families support their students in so many ways, including in getting them to and from class, and checking to see if they really do have both of their tap shoes! Student family volunteers are an essential part of making the production run. It truly does take a community!

ACKNOWLEDGEMENTS
We understand that many of the dance forms that our studio shares with our students have their roots in Black dance. As acknowledgement, we contribute to Dance Immersion, an organization that has been supporting artistic work of the African diaspora all along, and educating the rest of us along the way.
We acknowledge that indigenous peoples, including the Haudensaunee (Iroquois), Ojibway/Chippewa and Anishnabek peoples, are the traditional keepers of this land. This territory is covered by Treaty 18, 1818. As part of our studio's work towards reconciliation with the original peoples of Turtle Island, we contribute to the Youth Programming Fund at Indigenous Dance Theatre, Red Sky Performance.
STUDENT SUPPORT
We gratefully acknowledge the following organizations that provide funding support for students in need:
A special shoutout to Brass Ring Dance Project, a local not-for-profit organization that raises funds for dancers who need support to attend their classes. It was founded by Allie Laliberte from Midland, who is now a professional dancer in Los Angeles.
